O'Reilly and Associates have agreed to become aprimary sponsor of the GIMP Conference, which will be held as a sub-event of GUADEC in Kristiansand, Norway from the 28th to the 30th of June.

gimp-gap 2.0.2 is a bug-fix release of the GIMP Animation Package. If you had problems to use GAP with GIMP 2.0.1, please upgrade to this version.

gimp-gap 2.0.1 is a bug-fix release of the GIMP Animation Package, a collection of plug-ins to extend GIMP with capabilities to edit and create animations.


Perl module, Gimp-2.0pre3.tar.gz available

Perl module, Gimp-2.0pre3.tar.gz available

The latest gimp-perl module pre-release is available!

This fixes problems with the ‘make test’, as well as running scripts from the commandline (without a Perl-Server running). See the ChangeLog for more details. This release requires GIMP-2.0.

You can download it from ftp.gimp.org. Most stuff that you’d expect from a stable release is probably in here. If I don’t get a lot of reports of problems, next release won’t have a ‘pre’ attached to it.


GIMP 2.0.1 Released

GIMP 2.0.1 Released

GIMP version 2.0.1 is available for download from ftp.gimp.org and its mirrors. This is a bug-fix release in the stable 2.0 series. The CVS tree has been branched after the release was made, so that development can proceed towards GIMP 2.2 which is scheduled for this summer.
